There will be a Grammar Test on Thursday, Nov. 12th. It will be over grammar, e-errors, and vocabulary weeks 6-9.
E-error words are found on pages 10-15 in the Student Writer's Handbook. All grammar we have gone over will be on the quiz. This includes parts of speech, phrases (verb, appositive, prepositional), independent/subordinate clauses, sentence types (simple, compound, complex), identifying the subject/verb pair, and verb types (action, linking, helping). |
