Way down yonder in the Indian Nation..............I rode my pony on the reservation,..............in those Oklahoma Hills where I belong................Many years have come and gone since I've wondered from my home............................ from the place I rode my pony thru the draw......................... Now as I turn life a page to the land of the great Osage................................ in those Oklahoma Hills where I belong......................... Where the black oil rolls and blows and the snow white cotton grows................................... I feel like in those hills I still belong...................................... So when June comes around and I get the urge to leave this town I'll pack my bags and head it north to cross the Red River where I yearn to go forth.
