About The Teacher
Coach Holloway was born in Georgetown, Texas. He graduated from Georgetown HS and Texas A&M and has coached in Round Rock for many years. He is married and has six daughters and one son. He also has eleven grandchildren. Coach Willis was born in Rockdale, Texas. He graduated from Lanier HS in Austin and Concordia University and has coached in Round Rock for many years, as well. He has been married for 22 years and has two daughters and a son who are all currently in college. Coach Willis has NO GRANDCHILDREN (yet)! Coach Thomen is the 7th Grade Basketball Coach. Mission
Our goal is to offer the opportunity of participation for every student who has the ability and desire to participate. However, no student is obligated to take part in athletics. It is stressed that participation is a privilege, not a right. Since it is a privilege, the coach has the authority to revoke the privilege when behavior expectations are not met. The athletes will know what they can do and what they cannot do. They will realize that the school wishes them to reach the highest possible achievement level in education, interscholastic athletics and in their own life. The following areas are judged be of significant importance in our athletic program: -Behavior (includes proper dress, appearance, and hygiene) -Citizenship (includes exemplary conduct on/off campus, respect for others, academic achievement, and patriotism) -Team Responsibility (includes loyalty, team values, discipline and personal sacrifice)
