Mrs. Lewis’ School Supply List for 2009-2010
• 1- Box of Colored Pencils (24 count)
• 6- Pink Pearl Erasers
• 6- Red Ball Point Pens
• 1- Dozen Pencils
• 1- Heavy Duty Pencil Case
• 1- 3 inch (3 ring) notebook
• 1- package of 5 tab dividers (for 3 ring notebook)
• 2- packages wide ruled notebook paper (150-200 sheets per package)
• 1- package construction paper (multicolored)
• 3- Large or 6 small glue sticks
• 2- Small bottles of Elmer’s Original Formula Glue (Please, no
washable glue.)
• 1- Fiskars® For Big Kids Softgrip Scissors 6” or larger size to
fit your child’s hand (OR send the 5” student scissors if your child’s hands
fit in them and they are able to manage the scissors.) **NO need to purchase
new scissors if you have some from prior years that still fit and cut well.
• 3- Boxes of Tissues (we may ask for more as we deplete our supply)
• 1- 8oz or larger bottle of instant hand sanitizer
• 1- Large container of Clorox or Lysol Disinfecting Wipes
• 1- Plain white 100% cotton T-shirt with your child’s name written in
permanent ink by the tag area. (We will Tie Dye it at the beginning of the
year for field trips.)
Optional items:
• Change of clothes in the event a change of clothes is required while
at school. Please have a complete outfit (undergarments, socks, pants/shorts
and shirt) for us to keep in our room.
• Brush or Comb if hair will need attending to at school, plus a
container for storage.
• Toothbrush & toothpaste if teeth need attending to at school, plus a
container for storage.
• Personal care items (sanitary pads, pull-ups, wipes, etc.) if needed
at school.
Many of these items go on sale in August before school begins.
