About The Teacher
I am Señor Carnley and I will be teaching Spanish IB this year. This will be my sixth year at Cedar Valley and the eighth year I have worked in RRISD. I have also taught two years at the high school level. I have lived in this area for many years and I am a graduate of Pflugerville High School and The University of Texas at Austin. My favorite activity is spending time with my wife and litte girl. Besides that I enjoy travelling, reading,studying other languages, hunting, and practicing judo and jujitsu.

Mission
My goal is to help students build a solid foundation in the four skills of language learning: Speaking, Listening comprehension, Reading and Writing. We will do this through a multitude of activities. I also hope to impart a love of learning in my students that they can carry with them throughout their lives.
