I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and my Master of Education degree from Texas A&M University. My teaching experience includes 4 years at the elementary level and 19 years at the middle school level. This is my 23rd year to teach (my 13th at CeVMS--13 is my favorite number--no triskaidekaphobia here).

I love Barq's rootbeer, chocolate (not dark), Italian food, the color kelly green, the Aggies, and my family (especially my 3 wonderful nieces--"Katie Watie, Lauren Bagoren By Golly, & Jennifer Girl Girl" and my 4 wonderful nephews--"Setharoo from B-B-Q, Mickel Michael, Timmy Tonga, & Davey Joe").
