For the 2009-2010 School Year
1-2 inch notebook,3 ring (If you are a new student to the classroom.)
1 package of 5 tab dividers for the 3 ring notebook (If you are a new
student to the classroom.)
1 Heavy Duty School Box
1 Dozen Pencils
1 Box of Colored Pencils (12 or 24 count)
2 Pink Pearl Erasers
4 large or 6 small glue sticks
1 box of crayons 24 count or larger (Crayola please)
1 Fiskars® For Big Kids Softgrip Scissors 6” or larger size to fit your
child’s hand OR send the 5” student scissors if your child’s hands fit in
them and he/she is able to manage the scissors.)
****I realize that I have students that do not use all the materials listed
above, if that is the case, then do not send what your child will not use.
All students need to send the following items.
1 large bottle of Elmers Original Formula Glue (Please, no washable glue.)
We will use this for several crafts during the year.
3 boxes of Tissues
3 8oz or larger bottles of instant hand sanitizer
3 Large containers of Clorox or Lysol Disinfecting Wipes
1 Plain white Tee shirt with your child's name in it.(100% Cotton)
**Change of clothes in the event a change of clothes is required while at
school. Please have a complete outfit (undergarments, socks, pants/shorts
and shirt) for us to keep in our room. Also put names in the clothes so we
can be sure they are returned to the correct person.
** Sunscreen if your child needs to wear it outside during outdoor
activities.
**Brush or Comb if hair will need attending to at school.
**Toothbrush and toothpaste if teeth need attending to at school.
**Personal care items (sanitary pads, pull-ups, wipes, diapers, powder,
lotion, or diaper rash cream etc.) if needed at school.
Many of these items go on sale in August before school begins.
