Grading Policy

All Theatre grades are averaged together for 100%. 
(There are no "major" and "daily" grade percentage differences).

Students may raise any grade during the 6 weeks by scheduling a time with Mrs. Baker before or after school to complete, re-do, or re-perform an assignment, scene, project, or performance.

The improved score will replace the original one in my grade book.

If it was a group project/performance and the whole group does not wish to re-do the project, the student/s may speak with me about another way to fix the grade by demonstrating understanding and mastery of the project.

 EXCEPTION: 
Our REQUIRED March Performance.  Failure to attend the required performance (see specifics on the "Homework" page for your grade level) without prior notice (before February 1, 2012), will result in a failing grade for the 5th 6 Weeks (the majority of the 5th 6 weeks will be spent in preparation for this performance).
*  Exceptions for extraordinary circumstances will be taken into consideration.
**  Alternate assignments will be given to those who notify Mrs. Baker of a conflict with the performance date prior to Feb. 1, 2012.
