I grew up in Houston, TX. In middle school and high school, I sang in the
choir and played soccer for the Katy Strikers. I started
off at the University of Texas in Civil Engineering, and I loved my
mathematics classes so much that I decided to major in mathematics. I
graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in
mathematics and certification to teach mathematics in grades 4-8. I taught
in Austin ISD and then made my way up to Round Rock ISD. This is my 4th year
at Chisholm, and I am very happy and excited to have another great year at
such a wonderful school.
Every student will participate in engaging and meaningful activities to
improve his or her problem-solving ability and ability to work with others.
Every student will become better - a better student and a better
mathematician!
