Retest Procedures-Science Ms. Smith
1. Student must discuss with teacher their need to retest.
2. Teacher will give student test to take home and be signed by parent.
3. Student must return signed test the next class period.
4. Student request at least 2 appointments for tutoring with the teacher.
5. Student must attend all tutoring sessions required by teacher.
6. Student will schedule an appointment for a retest.
*student have one week from the time the test is returned to retest*
