Where do I find answers to questions about Clear Fork?

Many questions about Clear Fork Elementary can be found in the Parent
Handbook we send home the first day of school. Answers to many other
questions about the elementary schools including dress code, discipline and
much more can be found in the Elementary Student Handbook and the Lockhart
I.S.D. Code of Conduct. Both of these handbooks are sent home with every
child at the beginning of the school year. You may also check the school
web site and the individual staff web pages for information.

Is it okay to visit my child's classroom?

Yes, absolutely! We encourage parents to be an integral part of their
child's school experience. You are always welcome at Clear Fork. We invite
you to visit the classroom, come eat lunch with your child, attend programs,
go on field trips, help with Book Fairs, work Play Day/Field Day events and
volunteer in many other activities we have going on during the school year.
FYI: As an additional precaution to keep all of our students safe we will
be doing background checks on any parent or adult who comes in close contact
with children other than their own. (some examples: Field Trips, Play Days,
Field Days, Lion's Roar, etc.) Please feel free to contact the school for
additional information or questions.
