Get ready to learn lots and have a great time doing so (most of the time)!
In 7th grade, we will spend semester one focusing on the scientific
method, chemistry and the function of matter. As we begin the second semester
we will have more of a life science focus. We will study human body systems
and do great labs as we compare some of our systems with those of sheep and
froggies! It's true, we will be opening up those frogs to take a look inside!
In 6th grade PAP, we will spend the first semester on the scientific method,
saftey, weathering, and rocks. For the second semester, we will take a look
at space and the solar system, then begin more a life science focus as we
learn about ecology and the interaction of biotic organisms and abiotc
factors.
I am looking forward to a great year as we explore the world of science!
