| Get ready to learn lots and have a great time doing so (most of the time)!
In 7th grade science, we will spend semester one focusing on the scientific
method, chemistry and the function of matter. As we begin the second semester
we will have more of a life science focus. We will study human body systems
and do great labs as we compare some of our systems with those of sheep and
froggies! It's true, we will be opening up those frogs to take a look inside!
In 6th grade Science, we will spend semester one focusing on the
scientific method, chemistry and the function of matter and begin to look at
earth systems. As we begin the
second semester we will have a little earth science focus and some life
science focus. We will explore
the world of our pet rocks, and take a look at living things as they relate
to our environment.
I am looking forward to a great year as we explore the world of science!
