About The Teacher

This is my 16th year teaching at CMS. I am married and have two 
grown daughters. My daughter Leslie, who got married on the beach in Jamaica 
last summer, teaches ESL at Grapevine High School, and my daughter 
Meghan,who is a very talented kick boxing instructor, is a Senior Account 
Executive with Integer in Dallas. In my spare time I enjoy reading, shopping 
and spending time with my husband, daughters, and sons-in-law.

Mission for the Class

My goals for the students are to broaden the scope of their personal reading 
and writing and help them become independent readers and writers.
