Q: When does Family Access Begin?
A: You can access the Skyward website now, but the grades will not be visible
until September 24.
Q: What is Skyward?
A: Skyward is an online gradebook that allows you to view your child’s
grades.
Q: How do I sign up for family access?
A: If you did not sign up during registration, simply come to the CTMS
office to complete a form.
Q: How often is Skyward updated?
A: As soon as I grade your child’s paper, it is entered into Skyward.
Q: Can everyone see my child’s grades?
A: No. Only you will have access to your child’s grades.
Q: I don’t have the internet. Can I still use it?
A: Yes. You can access Skyward from any computer connected to the internet;
you do not have to use your home computer. You can also require your child
to have me print a copy of their grades at school.
Q: Do other teachers at Cross Timbers use Skyward?
A: Yes. All of your child's grades will be available. However, different
teachers will update grades at different times.
Q: Why should I use Skyward?
A: If you are informed about your child’s grades on a regular basis, we can
often correct problems before it is too late.
