Consent to Tutor

Dear Parents:

Results of the last year’s TAKS test and the 8^th Grade Benchmark test indicate that your child is eligible to receive tutorial services before school. In order for me to serve your child in this way, I must have a signed consent form on file.  Tutorials will begin on February 19, and will be held every Tuesday from 7 AM to 7:45 AM until April 8^th.  I highly recommend these extra sessions to help ensure that your child is fully prepared to pass TAKS.
