All About Me!

     My name is Nancy Cummings and I have been teaching for 20 wonderful 
years.  I have been happily married for 11 years to Stuart Cummings.
  We are the proud parents of 1 child, Lee.  He is 7 years 
old and keeps me busy.  We are also the parents of one "fur child" whose 
name is Annie,a 3 year old blonde Lab,  she keeps me busier than Lee.  I 
enjoy reading, cooking, taking walks and taking care of my family.  

     I have been employed with Grapevine/Colleyville for 6 years where I 
teach 7th grade Language Arts and Reading as well as sponsor 
the Yearbook class and the Dance Team, The Alpha Diamond Dancers.  Before 
coming to Grapevine I taught in Coppell, Southlake, and DeSoto.  

    I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington 1984 with a degree 
in Speech Communications and Education.

My Mission For The Class

     I believe that students are capable of going as far as they want to go. 
It is my job to provide them with the opportunites to go there and further!
