Good website for talking about Plate Tectonics, how and why the plates move,
with LOADS of pictures, diagrams, and animation to show how the plates move
and interact. Scrolling down the webpage about midway is Evidence in
Support of the Theory of Plate Tectonics and an excellent diagram of Pangaea
and the moving continents. Does not say a lot or explain Pangaea well
though.
http://facstaff.gpc.edu/~pgore/Earth&Space/GPS/platetect.html

Awesome animation on movement of plates. Tells who developed the theory of
Continental Drift and has cool animation on all three plate movements as
well as what forms when these 3 types of plate movement occurs.
http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/aso/tryit/tectonics/

Good pictures on Layers of the Earth, with animations for each as well.
Clicking on the page of History of Plate Tectonics also tells you who came
up with the Continetla Drift theory. Clicking on the page for Plate
Boundaries takes you to excellent pictures and animation of the three types
of plate movements.
http://scign.jpl.nasa.gov/learn/plate1.htm

Tells the age of the Earth and explains how the Earth was formed. No
pictures, but excellent explanations.
http://www.mansfield.ohio-state.edu/~sabedon/biol1010.htm

Gives very bried overview and explanation of the Big Bang theory of how the
universe was formed, which led to the formation of Earth. Short, but easy
to follow.
http://science.nationalgeographic.com/science/space/universe/origins-universe-article.html

Gives awesome list of evidence that scientists have discovered over the
years to prove that the Continental Drift Theory is accurate.
http://kids.earth.nasa.gov/archive/pangaea/evidence.html

Explains Pangaea, explains what it is, when it occured and has many pictures
and animations to show the breakup of the continents in Pangaea. Explains
and tells what Gondwanaland and Laurasia are, what present day continents
made up each, and even mentions the person who came up with the Continental
Drift Theory.
http://www.enchantedlearning.com/subjects/dinosaurs/glossary/Pangaea.shtml

Just has cool picture and animation which you can control which shows the
breakup of Pangaea and movement of the continents.
http://www.scotese.com/pangeanim.htm

Tells the agea and origin of the Earth if you scroll down the page to Age
and Orgin of the Earth heading..
http://kids.yahoo.com/science/space/article/earth

Gives a great short and easy to understand explanation of how the Earth was
formed. Also tells age of the Earth at the bottom, underneath a brief
breakdown of the four layers of the Earth.
http://www.mcwdn.org/MAPS&GLOBES/Earth.html

Explains plate tectonics briefly and then has a separate page for each of
the three types of plate boundaries and explains each plate boundary simply,
but easily.
http://www.cotf.edu/ete/modules/msese/earthsysflr/plates1.html

Great pictures of movement of plates to breakup Pangaea.
