About The Teacher

I grew up in Southern California and attended UCLA.  While my husband, 
Barry, worked on his Ph.D. there I taught in the Los Angeles City School 
system.  We then moved to Tucson for 3 years where my first son, Bryan was 
born.  Soon after we moved to Grapevine.  Scott, our second son was born 
here.  I began teaching for GCISD in 1986 at Timberline.  Barry is a 
professor at U.T. Southwestern Medical School, Bryan is an A&M graduate and 
Scott attended UCLA (GO BRUINS!)  I love to travel, read, hike and 
teach wearing very strange costumes!
