2009 Internet Consent Form This season, a website is being used to help students and parents gain helpful information, and to enhance the experience of being part of the tennis team. Students’ names and pictures during match play will only be included with written consent from the parent or guardian. Coach Boykin will strictly adhere to the wishes of the parents throughout the season.
