nature will appear here.

When are report cards / progress reports distributed?
Progress reports will go home after the first three weeks of the grading
period. Report cards go home after each six weeks. GCISD has also
implemented online access to grades by parents which will start around the
date of the first progress report.

How do I find out what the homework is?
Please go to the homework link section of my website. There you will find
the assignment for the day as well as a link to the website of the teacher.
If you have questions, please call me. My phone numbers are not listed on
the website however I do have a listed home phone number and I sent my home
and cell number home on the welcome letter.

How can a student get extra help?
Mrs. Rushton is generally available before school in her classroom from 7:15-
7:45, with the exception of when she is on duty (Thursdays). After school,
she is generally available from 3:20-3:45 each day except Tuesdays unless
there is a staff meeting, parent conference or other conflict. Staff
meetings are usually on Wednesdays. Mrs. Rushton helps coach the Math team
on Tuesdays. It is always a good idea to let Mrs. Rushton know you are
coming if possible.

How can a student or parent reach Mrs. Rushton?
