I grew up in Santa Fe, Texas a rural town 20 miles south east of Houston. I
graduated from Santa Fe High School in 1999 and immediately began my college
education at the University of Houston. I am the oldest child of four and am
very close to my family. My family and I like to travel all over the United
States. I have been to California, South Dakota, and Alaska to name a few. We
do a lot of site seeing, photography, hiking, and camping while traveling in
the summer. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston in May
2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. This is my
fifth year teaching second grade. I taught first grade for one year and can
proudly say that I have been a member of Dabbs' faculty for six years now! I
live in Webster with my cats, Orion and Cassie. In my spare
time I like to read, eat out, work on our website, and visit with friends
and family.
