Will we have homework every day?

The amount and frequency of homework will vary from subject to 
subject, but in general homework is routinely assigned.  Be sure 
to take advantage of your advisory period to work on these 
assignments.

Can we retake tests if we fail them?

The rule regarding test retakes will vary depending on the type 
of class you are taking.  See the specific subject area teacher 
for details.

Is there any extra credit available?

Some teachers offer extra credit and others do not.

How are grades averaged?

Generally, grades are calculated as follows: 50% Tests, 30% 
Quizzes, 20% 
Daily. This differs in some high school level honors classes and 
pre-AP 
classes.

Do you take late work?

Per campus policy, one day late is a maximum of 70 and 2 days 
late a maximum 
of 50. After that, no credit will be given. This differs in some 
high school 
level honors classes and pre-AP classes.
