About The Teacher
UPDATE as of 5/23/12 As the end of the school year approaches I hope that you are able to take with you the positive things it brought and leave out all the rest. It was a pleasure teaching you and I know that I our paths will cross sooner than you think. ;) -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Happy Holidays! -------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE as of 10/24/11 I decided to venture out and try Facebook for my classes. This facebook account is strictly set up for school business only. So I'm encouraging students and parents alike to add me as a friend. You can find me with my email: aggiequezada@gmail.com OR username: Aggie Quezada. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Teachers are in no short supply in my family line. It all began with my grandmother who first started teaching kindergarden in Mexico; two of her children (my mother included) followed in her footsteps. Currently I have two cousins who have joined our ranks; and at one point even my father was teaching as a medical school professor. So even though I may have resisted at times, I eventually let destiny take its course. I studied at Texas A&M University and proudly received my Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Determined to become a well-rounded teacher, I decided to obtain my Master's degree in School Counseling at Texas A&M International University. I now look forward to enrolling in a upper- level graduate program and work diligently to get a Ph.D., in Educational Administration. Although I have taught for many, many years, I am pleased to announce that this is my first year teaching World Cultures. Rest assure that I am capable, thrilled, and ready to educate our incoming Rangers!
