My name is Veronique Dupont. I am from France from a little town called Dijon famous for its mustard but also for its wonderful food and burgundy wine. It is in the central east of France and has a wonderful lake, an old medieval town and a cathedral. It has a lot of tiny streets where you can easily ride your bike and go to the markets close by. I have 2 brothers and one sister and 2 of them are also teachers!One of my brother teaches at the University of "la Sorbonne" in Paris, one of the most prestigious University of the world , he is an historian. My sister teaches at the American School of Paris, it is biligual French/English and all of the students of that school can speak french as well as English! Nice!!!!

I came to Austin to study at the University of Texas and got a B.S in Education with French and Spanish. I really enjoyed UT and stays my favorite University. A few years later I went to Texas State University to get a Master degree in Education and Linguistic. I also enjoyed very much this University in San Marcos and its wonderful and refreshing clear river!

I have been since teaching for 21 years, I taught at Westwood and Canyon Vista and taught 2 years of French at the University of St Edwards . I live with my husband John and our 3 daughters named Noelle, Angelique and Marie . I really enjoy teaching but also jogging, painting, swimming ,cooking and watching soccer! I also like very very much travelling to Europe and visit my family which is still over there.I will show you some postacards. I really like walking among the mountains of the Alps, going to Provence, a region south of France and try new food. Voila, c'est Moi! Hope to see you soon! Salut!
