Kindergarten come to the library each week for a 30 minute class.
They have storytime followed by the opportunity to check out books. "Timmy
the Tortoise" leads the storytime in Kindergarten which consists of working
through the alphabet, A-Z, with a topic for the week beginning with the
letter of the week. Books will be read dealing with the topic along with
songs and/or poems.
Kindergarteners are allowed to check out 1 book to begin with. They are
allowed to keep the books for 2 weeks, or they can return their books each
class time and check out others.
