WordMaster is a nationally recognized language arts contest for grades 3-
12. Students are given lists of 25 words three times during the year to
learn. The words are used in challenging analogies for the students to
solve. When reviewing your list, be sure to check for multiple meanings and
look for words that connect in some way to each other on the lists
(synonyms, antonyms, noun-adjective, etc.)Top students are awarded with
certificates and the top scorer receives a medal. Students who study the
words generally do better on the analogies.
