The Art Docent Program is something very special to DIS! Our Art docent,
Victoria Comstock, will present information about an artist or two to parent
volunteers five times this school year. These parent art docents come to
each art class and teach about the artists in a fun and informative way.
There are hands on artifacts, prints, and demonstrations so the students get
the feel of the artist's life, times, and other historic fun facts. No art or
art history experience is needed! If you are a parent that is interested in
becoming an art docent or want to know more about this program contact Sharon
