Welcome to the Computer Lab!
Now happening in the computer lab
classes -
Exploring the Colonial period using interactive websites and an introduction
to research using online encyclopedias and other sources.
For the last few weeks 5th graders have been travelling with Lewis and Clark
on their Voyage of Discovery (and learning how to use video in a power point
show). As the year winds down we will be practicing our keyboard skills and
making an end-of-the-year "How to" movie.
Fifth graders have probably seen more than enough of the computer lab in the
last several weeks with the new online MAP testing, which will finish up next
week.
Ask your 6th grader about the new Promethian interactive white boards and data
projectors in the math and science classrooms!
