The planner chosen by EIS is an extremely valuable tool. The planners are designed to aid our students in becoming organized, teach time management, and allows parents/guardians to be more informed of their child's daily learning. All of which are crutial to academic success. Each time a student walks into their classroom, they are expected to begin copying the daily/weekly assignments which include important dates (projects, tests, reminders). Filling in the planner is the child's responsibility, not the teachers. Students are expected to bring the planner to class daily, take the initiative to begin writing down assingments, and to review the planner with their parents/guardians each day. We have seen a great deal of success with the use of the planners. Please do not hesitate to contact your child's teacher if you have any questions.
