Homework Folders are sent home every Friday and are returned on the following Thursday. Weekly Homework Includes: Reading –your child will be required to write a reading response every night. In order to do so your child is encouraged to read 15-20 minutes every single night. In fact the top 5 percent of U.S. students read up to 144 times more than kids in the bottom 5 percent." Other homework activities- Other homework may be sent home in the tracker which could include math, science, social studies and special assignments.
