Thank you for your interest in volunteering for our class! There are many
opportunities available to you depending on your interests and
availability. Please contact me at any point if you would like to help out
in one of the following ways:
*Homeroom parent (plans class parties, organizes Bobcat Bash booth, etc.)
*Stuffing weekly Tuesday folders
*Reading to the class
*Working with individual or small groups of students
*Speaking to the class on a topic of expertise (career, culture, etc.)
*Preparing materials for class use in the school workroom or at home
(cutting, glueing, sorting, writing, typing, laminating, copying)
First grade's workroom time is every Thursday at 7:45.
*Assisting in the computer lab the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month (please contact me if you'd like
to help for times)
*Chaperoning field trips-one in the fall (Oct. 27), one in the spring (April)
