Spelling-
New spelling words are introduced each Monday and a test is given on Friday. The children will record the words in their planning agenda. Each student will have activities due on Friday. Using time wisely, these activities can be completed in class. Otherwise, they may require completion at home. On Fridays they will take the test in a spelling journal. Each Tuesday, the journal will come home in their Tuesday folder for you to review, sign, and return in the Tuesday folder. Activities that receive below 70% maybe completed and turned in within 2 days (Thursday) for rescoring. **this week 'u' follows 'q'. (see our link to the left for spelling)
Our campus spelling bee will be January 11. Start studying now. You can find the 2010 words located on the student on line resource link (from FBE home page) in 4th grade.
Please continue to review and initial your child's homework planner on a nightly basis (each day).
We are a team...and without you... I'd be lost. Thank you for all your gracious support, emails, encouragement, etc. All your hard work shines in their eyes and heart!
