Science - Students are finishing up with weathering, erosion, and deposition and the effect on landforms.  They will be performing several experiments in class this week on mass movement, volcanoes, earthquakes and tree rings.  We will finish this mini-unit after the holiday break.

 
Math - We are working on equivalent fractions, reducing fractions, ordering and comparing fractions as well as adding and subtracting fractions.  Students are still working on mastering their multiplication facts.  Students will be tested on a rotating basis orally.  

 

Please note that when sending in goodies for your child's birthday that nothing will be shared until 2:00 and that the items must be store bought with a nutrition label on the container.  Thanks for your cooperation.
