2009 Forest Creek PTA Fundraiser
We are excited to announce our 2009 Fundraiser: Peace and Joy AND Tasty Batters!
45%- 50% of sales goes to Forest Creek PTA
The fundraiser starts today and continues until September 21st. Please turn your WHITE & YELLOW order forms into your child’s teacher when finished. All checks must be made out to Forest Creek PTA and must include a driver’s license number and phone number.
If you choose to “opt out” of our fundraiser please consider making a donation to FOREST CREEK PTA, this is always welcomed and encouraged. Remember, 100% of your donation goes toward funding and supporting programs for the entire campus.
Friends and family may give donations to support the school too.
All funds raised support PTA activities and programs on our campus for the year:
* Safety Patrol * Math/Science/Literacy Nights * Classroom supplies
* Education/Parent Assemblies * Funding for 3 classroom parties a year per child
* Red Ribbon Week/College Week * Math workbooks and library/literacy books
