Student Directory Advertisements
Dear Merchant:
Our PTA is once again preparing the Forest Creek Elementary School
Directory and we hope that we can count on your support. Advertisements are
being sold in order to finance the printing of the directory. We are asking
all local merchants to support our PTA and thereby, our school, through
advertisements. Your interest and support of Forest Creek Elementary PTA is
sincerely appreciated.
Imagine the exposure your business will have by advertising in our
directory! Our school population is almost at 900 students and reaches
many families. In past years, we have had many positive comments from our
advertisers, stating that they had identified many new customers as a direct
result of advertising in our directory. Our parents support our school and
we encourage them to support our advertising merchants each year.
To place an advertisement in the 2009-2010 Forest Creek School Directory,
please provide each of the following items no later than Friday, October 31st:
o Provide a printed camera-ready copy of your ad ~or~
Email your ad to fcepta.directory@gmail.com in .pdf format
o Complete and return the enclosed advertising display contract
o Make your payment in a check payable to: Forest Creek PTA
o Take all items to Forest Creek Elementary or mail directly to:

All mailed items must be received by October 31st.
You will receive an email from the Directory Committee when your submission
is received.

· All advertisements are printed in 1 color (black ink only)
· All advertisement submissions MUST BE CAMERA READY.
· Ads will be placed in positions most advantageous to the advertiser.
(This decision will be at the discretion of the Publisher but all
considerations will be given to the Advertiser.)
· The Student Directory will be printed on 8 ½” x 11” paper.
· The Publishers reserve the right to reject any advertisements that
are not in keeping with the publication’s standards.
· The Forest Creek PTA of Round Rock, Texas is a non-profit organization.
· Your advertisement fee helps to finance production of the Forest Creek School Student Directory.
· The Directory is scheduled to be printed in November 2009.
· All submissions will be the property of the Forest Creek PTA and
will NOT be returned, ads are purchased for one school year only.
· Advertisements received after October 31st, 2009 may be rejected due
to printing deadlines.
· Full payment is due at the time of submission of each ad.
