Dear Parents,
There seems to be some confusion about the home readers. Your child will bring home a home reader
each Wednesday in their FROG binder. They are to keep it until the following Wednesday. Readers are
only switched out on Wednesdays. Please have your child read it at least 3 times during the week. We
are working on building fluency.
I am sending home a white paper bag for your child to bring his/her favorite type of apple in by
Wednesday. Please put your child's name on the bag. In addition, I am sending home a note to bring
in a few apple products for an 'apple tasting' on Friday.
