Study Spelling 

Review for chapter 4 Math test that will be given on Tuesday.  We will also be doing chapter 5 this week so look ahead if you would like!

                

TUESDAY- IN CLASS, you child will be making a brief time line of his or her life using pictures.  Your child will need to bring 6-8 pictures of important events in his or her life.  On the back of the pictures or on a separate sheet, please date each photo and include a brief description of each event.  ex.)  August, 2009  8 years old My 8th birthday party.  Mom and dad took me to Fun Max!  I ate half a pizza, did flips at Fun Max, and then threw up all over my dad! I will never forget my 8th birthday party!

Read 15 minutes (See planner for book)

Practice X 0,1,2, 3, and 4 multiplication facts.  They should be able to do the facts quiz with 100 problems in 10 minutes. Our goal is to be able to complete the quiz in 5 minutes.  I will test the kids on Friday on this same sheet.  (10 minutes)

Wednesday-

Chapter 5 math practice

Review X 0,1,2,3, and 4 for quiz on Friday

Read 10 minutes (free choice)

Thursday- 

Chapter 5 math practice- 

Review X 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 for quiz tomorrow

Friday- Send book orders by this date! 

 

*****REMEMBER, ANY ADDITIONAL WORK BROUGHT HOME IS UNFINISHED CLASSWORK.  IF YOU SEE A LOT OF EXTRA THINGS COMING HOME UNFINISHED, PLEASE DISCUSS WITH YOUR CHILD.
