HOMEWORK:  Homework is located in the back pocket of the yellow "BEE          
Folder".  Homework sheets will come home on Friday and are due back on 
Wednesday.  During the first and second nine weeks part of the homework asks 
the kids to practice writing designated letters in their First Strokes 
handwriting spiral (beginning next Friday, 09-11-09).  This will be done on the "honor" system.  Please 
do not send the pages back to school.
            
Please sit down with your child and use this time to make a connection and 
assess your child's progress.

Review letter cards and sight word cards for 5/10 minutes at least three 
days a week.
