Happy New Year!  Well, the kiddos look like they grew some over the holidays!  We had a short and busy day just getting set up for the new calendar, and welcoming our new student Abigail!  We now have 22 in our class and it should not get any larger(let's hope).  The kids were excited and all sound like they had a great holiday.  Thank you again for all your kind gifts you gave me. 
     In your child's white binder, I placed a temporary behavior chart.  I am running one off on tag for durability and it should be in later this week.  If you don't mind just signing and leaving it in the front pocket for now, I appreciate it. I also enclosed a yellow lunch calendar.  Several are just know getting their binders and blue folders from before the holidays.  Lots to unpack! 
     I could really use a volunteer(s) to help listen to the kids read and work with some on different skills.  If any of you have 30 or so minutes extra in the week, please let me know.
