Monday we will review Measurement, chapter 21, and have a chapter test.
Remember to work on memorizing 2-3 multiplication facts each day. 0.1 and
2s come easy to most students, so start with threes but work on the higher
ones first, such as, 3x9=27, 3x8=24 on one day, repeating them over & over as
3x9=? and 9x3=?, 3x8=? 8x3=? The next day review those then start on 2 more.
This week we will finish Chapter 1, Unit E, in Science, Investigating
Matter. The chapter test will be on Thursday, Dec.17.
At home, please have your child write in cursive whenever she/he writes
anything. After Christmas, the students will begin writing in cursive in all
subjects, including Spelling!
