are of interest. The Friendswood Public Library has many books and authors

dance,Junie B.Jones, Amelia Bedelia, The Magic Treehouse, Captain
Underpants, Discovery Kids, etc.)

Should I let my child check out a book that is too difficult or too easy?

If a book has a higher level of difficulty for your child, you can read it
with or to your child to expose him/her to new vocabulary. If the book seems
too easy, its okay because it will help your child gain fluency as well as
reinforce reading comprehension.
