PEEK of the WEEK!

November 30th-December 4th,2009

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!! It's great to be back with the kiddos this week.  Between the elf stories and the snow possibilities, we just aren't quite sure what to do with all of our enthusiasm!!!

***Mark your calendars:
December 17:  2nd grade Holiday Caroling in the cafeteria
Come watch your child perform our favorite carols.  Bring your cameras and video cameras.  It's going to be a priceless moment.
Also on the 17th is our Christmas Party from 1:15-2:15

December 18: Pajama Day and Elf Day
Students can wear their pajamas and bring their elf to school.

A BIG THANK YOU TO DIANNE AND DAVID OTTO:
We had a great time learning all about being a real scientist!!! We made slime and observed chemical changes in different forms of matter.  The children measured, observed and recorded their estimations and actual data.  Thanks again to the Otto family for coordinating the project and gathering all of the materials.  Pictures will be posted soon so you can see your little scientist at work.
