Healthy Habits

    LET'S TEACH OUR CHILDREN SOME HEALTHY HABITS

1.  Get to bed on time and get plenty of sleep.

2.  Eating a healthy breakfast gets our minds and bodies a good start in 
the morning.

3.  Drink more water and milk and drink less soda and caffeine.

4.  Wash your hands often.  Keep germs from spreading.

5.  Give your children healthy snacks to choose from.

6.  Turn off the TV and read books and play board games with your 
children.

7.  Keep up to date on your children's immunizations.

8.  Talk to your children.  Let them know you are interested in their life.

9.  Exercise and get your children to exercise with you.  

10. Be a good example for your children.
