Rules & Regulations

Students will be expected to abide by the following guidelines in order to
maintain a postive and successsful learning environment.

1.  Be prompt, in your assigned seat, and ready to work when the tardy
     bell rings.       

2.  Have your Spanish notebook, workbook and  textbook with you every day,
     as well as necessary school supplies. Homework must be turned in        
    on assigned date or a zero will be given. NO LATE WORK!

3.  Be polite,courteous and respectful to all.

4.  Ask  permission to leave your assigned seat for any reason.

5.  Do not talk while the teacher is instructing.

6.  Clean up work area before the bell rings.

7.  Do not  get up from your desk until the bell rings to dismiss the class.

8.  Do not touch other people's belongings, including the teacher's.

9.  Any student who is talking during a quiz or test will be given a zero if 
    the quiz or test is still in his/her hand and then sent to his/her AP.   
                       
10. If a student has any information(book, notes, etc.)pertaining to a quiz 
    or test visible while he/she is taking the quiz or test,he/she will be given 
    a zero and sent to his/her AP. It does not matter whether the student    
    is using the information or not. Relevant information is not allowed to 
    be visible.

11. Students will  be given a zero if they have possession of a cell phone
    during a quiz or test.  The cell phone will be given to his/her AP     
    and a zero will be given.

12.  No food or drinks in the classroom.
