This will be my ninth year of teaching in FISD. I am a graduate of
Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, TX (98) where I played
basketball and majored in Geology/Environmental Science. My wife,
Wendy, and I have been married for 10 years and we have a 9 year old
daughter, Madeleine and a 6 year old Emma. I will be an Assistant Basketball
coach as well as a Boys and Girls Track Coach.
Physics students will be able to demonstrate knowledge and
understanding in many fields including laws of motion, changes with
physical systems and conservation and momentum, force,
thermodynamics waves and quantum physics. IPC students will
integrate the disciplines of both physics and chemistry including topics
such as motion, waves, energy transformation, properties of matter,
changes in matter, and solution chemistry. Both courses will challenge
students to think critically and make informed decisions using scientific
problem solving.
