About The Teacher
I began my teaching career with student teaching at FHS in 1984. From there I taught Chemistry at Dickinson High School and 6th Grade Science at Parkview Intermediate (Pasadena). I took an extended leave to raise two daughters, Katie an 05 graduate of FHS and Rachel an 09 graduate of FHS. During this time I worked as a substitute, private tutor, and preshcool director. I returned full time in 2004 as a Chemistry teacher at Clear Brook High School and moved to FHS in 2005. I am looking forward to a awesome and successful school year!!!

Mission
To give each child a knowledge of Chemistry through labs, discussion, and any other type work that may prove helpful. I want each child to leave my class better prepared for college or whatever path they may choose. Not just with knowledge of Chemistry but with study and organizational skills that will help them in all areas
