How do I become a student athletic trainer?

You will need to contact the athletic training staff to obtain an 
application. We generally only accept new students in the fall? Please 
contact the training room at 281-482-3413 ext130.

What do I do if I am going to miss practice or an event?

First, try and find a switch. If you can not find one let the staff athletic 
trainers know.

What time are morning treatments?

Morning treatments are at 7am in the fall and 7:30am in the winter and 
spring. Morning treatments are required of all injured athletes unless other 
arrangements have been made with the staff athletic trainers.

What happens if I have below a 70% in a class at weekly grade checks?

You are not eligible to work for that week. You will also lose 5 
participation points and a note will be sent home to be signed and returned 
to me.

What do I wear to games?

For football games you need to wear game shirt and khakis.For other events 
you will need to dress appropriately.

What do I do if I am scheduled to work and have tutorials?

First, inform me. Second, try to find a switch. I will never refuse to let 
anyone go to tutorials. I just need to know.
