§ Text Box: Other items: Depart: 300PM on March 31st 	  Return: April 3rd We will return by 600PM  §	Students must be passing ALL Courses to be eligible §	Students should talk with their teachers to get any work that they will miss before March 29th. §	Mr. Wise and Dr. Hansen will chaperone §	Please sign this form and the field trip form for the school.  §	All prescription medication should be given to Mr. Wise or Dr. Hansen with instructions on the departure date.  (If students have allergies, please include any over-the-counter medication and instructions for use.) §	Students should communicate with Mr. Wise / Dr. Hansen via phone text messages during the trip. §	We may be taking trips of off the hotel grounds to go bowling or to the movies in the evenings.  Students should bring money for additional activities outside of meals. §	During all events from 800AM-700PM students are required to wear polo, slacks, dress shoes, and belt. We agree to abide by the Friendswood High School Student Code of Conduct while on the trip to Waco, Texas for the Texas Technology Student Association State Competition.  We understand that if we do not comply with policies, are disobedient to the teachers of event and hotel staff, leave the hotel campus without permission, use alcohol, tobacco, drugs (prescription or illegal), or exhibit any other behavior that the teacher sponsors deem unprofessional or undesirable, that we will be asked to leave at the expense of our parent(s).  (Parents will be expected to drive to Waco in order to take their child home.)

 

 

Students are expected to follow the contest schedule as it pertains to their events.

If students are not participating in an on-site event, it is expected that they will be present to support their peers at the other events.

 

Curfew:          10:00PM in room

                        11:00PM Lights out

Teachers will do periodic room checks throughout the evening.

Any additional funds will be the responsibility of the student.  There is a Wal-Mart and Grocery store nearby.  If students would like to bring their own food or purchase food in Waco, we will accommodate.  Usually students can save money by bringing breakfast food with them and eating in their rooms instead of the hotel dining room.

By signing this form I am giving my child permission to attend the TSA State Competition and that they will abide by all terms in this contract and the code of student conduct for FISD and FHS. I understand that I will be required to pick them up if they do not abide by the rules and regulations of FISD and TSA.
