Health Occupation Students of America is our "pre-medical" club at
Friendswood High school. We are also a member of state and National
HOSA.
HOSA is a student organization whose mission is to promote career
opportunities in health care and to enhance the delivery of quality health
care to all people. HOSA provides a unique program of leadership
development, motivation, and recognition exclusively for secondary,
postsecondary, adult, and collegiate students enrolled in HSTE
programs.
HOSA is 100% health care!
HOSA meetings are generally the 2nd and 4th Friday of every Month at
7:45am room 2007 unless otherwise posted. Dues for 2009-20010 are
$27.00. $10 goes to State, $10 goes to Nationsl and $7 stays in our local
chapter and includes our chapter shirt.
